1. Ledger acceptance

Using Appily Eleven means you accept this register. It covers every transaction involving HSN 1209 ledger-listed sowing seeds for kitchen gardens, terraces, polyhouses and smallholder plots placed through our vault storefront.

2. Vault proprietor

APPILY ELEVEN SEED TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN: 27AABCA1234E1Z5 maintains the ledger from Block C, Germination Chambers, 4th Floor, Seed Ledger Park, Baner Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411045.

3. Indexed lots & germination notes

We trade indexed vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, spice and forage seed lots maintained in the Appily Eleven germination ledger. Illustrations show representative packets; label art and lot codes may rotate between harvest seasons. Viability is tested under controlled conditions — your field results will vary with sowing depth, media and climate.

• Rupee pricing (₹) applies to HSN 1209 seed lots sold strictly for sowing.
• Lot availability follows germination-chamber stock and supplier intake.
• Declared weights and approximate counts follow seed-trade tolerances.

4. Vault membership

Buyers register with a verified email before checkout. You must be 18 years or older, or purchasing under guardian supervision.

5. Order posting & settlement

• A ledger entry becomes binding once prepaid funds settle or COD is authorised.
• Settlement channels: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and COD on supported routes.
• COD vault shipments carry the freight line shown on the review screen.

6. Applicable law

These registers are interpreted under Indian law. Maharashtra courts at Pune hold exclusive jurisdiction.
