1. Eligible ledger reversals

Notify us within 7 days of courier delivery for mis-picked varieties, courier damage or lots that materially differ from the indexed description. Attach photographs of the tamper band and lot sticker.

2. Non-reversible lots

• Heat-sealed sachets opened after delivery
• Lots showing improper storage (excess heat, standing water)
• Shipments returned without the germination-chamber sleeve or lot barcode

3. Settlement timeline

Approved prepaid credits post within 7–10 business days to the originating payment rail. COD reimbursements are transferred within 7–10 business days after review.
